2. Nature of the Website and No Client Relationship

The Website provides general information about Peacock Tax Consulting LLC and the tax preparation, tax resolution, and advisory services we offer. Information on the Website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute tax, legal, financial, or professional advice.

Using the Website, submitting a contact form, or otherwise communicating with us through the Website does not by itself create a client or professional engagement relationship. Until then, you should not rely on any communication as professional advice specific to your situation.

3. Professional Services and Engagement Terms

The scope, fees, billing, and terms of any professional services we provide are governed by the separate Client Service Agreement you sign when engaging us, not by these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed Client Service Agreement regarding the services provided to you, the Client Service Agreement controls.

We do not guarantee any particular tax outcome. Final decisions in all tax matters rest with the IRS or the applicable state or local tax authority. Any U.S. federal tax information provided through the Website is general in nature and is subject to the IRS Circular 230 disclosure: it is not intended or written to be used, and cannot be used, for the purpose of avoiding penalties under the Internal Revenue Code or promoting, marketing, or recommending any transaction or matter to another party.
